At the Manitoba Legislature, and within our parliamentary system, there are number of ways to ensure government is operating in an open and transparent way.

As part of Canada’s Economic Action Plan, our Government introduced the Knowledge Infrastructure Program, a two-year $2-billion economic stimulus measure to support infrastructure enhancement at Canadian post-secondary institutions, including universities, community colleges, and institutes of technology.
