Alex and Ewald Kube started building stone houses in Germany under their father’s watch. Originally from Russia they emigrated to Germany at a young age. The German building mentality is the integral aspect that sets them apart from other custom builders. The history and character that surrounded them during there most impressionable years left its mark. After moving to Canada nine years ago and settling in they started doing what they knew and loved best: building houses.

Now, six years later they’ve decided that they wanted to build homes the european way: the home needs to incorporate the character of the owner and must be built with integrity. Integrity to them means high quality and solid like the stone homes they built in Germany. And also with moral integrity: no inflated prices as well as honesty and transparency from beginning to end.

Alex and Ewald have been the prominent builder in The Cap Dorè Development in St George on the Winnipeg River near Grand Beach. They are also well positioned to be a major builder in the new cottage developments near Grand Beach.
