Steinbach RCMP are seeking public assistance in identifying a male teenager who inappropriately touched a woman on the Centre Street walking path in Mitchell, Manitoba. The incident occurred on September 20, 2016, at approximately 5:30pm.
Police say that the suspect, a male youth, was described as being Caucasian, approximately 5’8″ tall, had a thin build and blonde hair. At the time of the incident he was wearing blue jeans and a blue striped polo t-shirt.
