Missing: John Clark Rose
75-year-old John Clark Rose.
On August 2, 2012, shortly after 11:30am, Virden RCMP Detachment received a report of a missing elderly man identified as 75-year-old John Clark Rose, resident of Virden, Manitoba.
John Rose was last seen boarding a Greyhound bus in Virden on Monday, July 30, 2012 at 3:45pm. Mr. Rose’s final destination was Edmonton, however, he did have a transfer in Calgary. It is unknown if Mr. Rose got off the bus anywhere in Saskatchewan or Alberta. His bus arrived in Edmonton at 10:30am on July 31. No one in his family has seen or heard from him since boarding the bus in Virden.
75-year-old John Clark Rose is described as a Caucasian male, 5’6″, blue eyes, white hair, wearing a white t-shirt. Rose had 3 bags with personal belongings.
RCMP are concerned about his welfare since he has a medical condition and may have become disoriented. Anyone with any information is urged to contact Virden RCMP at 1-204-748-2135.

Virden RCMP have just been notified that John Clark Rose was located by the Edmonton Police Service. He is safe and sound in Edmonton, Alberta.
