Dauphin man causes disturbance

Around 4pm on August 11, 2012, officers from the Dauphin Municipal RCMP detachment responded to a call of a man causing a disturbance.

Police say that a couple had been out walking near the Dauphin Hospital when they met the man who began cursing and swearing at them. Officers attended the area and located the man who was extremely intoxicated. He was arrested and officers determined that he was bound by conditions of a recognizance with one of his conditions being that he abstain from alcohol.

22-year-old Christopher Lee Leclair of Dauphin, has been charged with breach of recognizance and has been remanded in custody to appear in Provincial Court in Dauphin on August 14, 2012.
