Eastman Recreation Opportunities for Children recipient of $6,600 grant
The Chrysalis Fund, a Steinbach women’s giving circle, recently awarded the Eastman Recreation Opportunities for Children as the recipient of the 2012 grant. The $6,600 grant was awarded at their Annual General Meeting on September 18th.

Established in 2009, the fund provides small grants for non-profit organizations that focus on promoting growth and positive change in children and youth in the Steinbach area.
Since its inception, the membership of The Chrysalis Fund has grown from 11 to 35. Previous grant recipients include Steinbach’s Backstage, the U-Turn House and Anna’s House.
