Steinbach RCMP investigate local break-ins
Steinbach RCMP are asking the public for assistance in identifying suspects involved in a number of recent break-ins that occurred in the RM of Hanover and Ste. Anne.
On October 1, 2012, Steinbach RCMP received a report of a break and enter to a residence on Road 40N in the RM of Hanover, Manitoba. It is believed that entry was gained through a window. Stolen from the residence was a laptop computer and jewelry. Police believe the break in occurred between 11am and 12:30.
On October 2, 2012, Steinbach RCMP received a report of a break and enter to a residence on Road 40N in the RM of Ste. Anne, Manitoba. It is believed that entry was gained through a rear door. Stolen from the residence were several electronic devices, jewelry, an undisclosed amount of currency and prescription medication. Police believe the break in occurred between September 28, 2012 at 11:00 and October 1, 2012 at 5pm.
