Steinbach RCMP investigate hit and run
Steinbach RCMP are asking the public to help identify a vehicle and driver involved in a hit and run incident that occurred this past weekend in Steinbach.
On November 30, 2012, at approximately 7:50pm, Steinbach RCMP received a report of a hit and run incident at the Brandt Street and McKenzie Avenue intersection. It was reported that a northbound vehicle had been traveling down Brandt Street and had been struck by a vehicle turning east onto McKenzie Avenue. The suspect vehicle is believed to be a light, newer, Buick.
RCMP are asking for the public assistance in locating the vehicle and the driver that fled the scene. If you have any information you are asked to contact the Steinbach RCMP at 204-326-4452.
