On May 25, 2013, at about 10:30am, Falcon Lake RCMP received report of a motorhome on fire on Highway 1 East, near Spruce Siding, Manitoba.
Motorhome and vehicle destroyed by fire on Highway 1 East, near Spruce Siding, Manitoba
RCMP report that the motorhome and vehicle in tow were both destroyed by the fire and that the two occupants escaped unharmed. The cause of the fire appeared to be mechanical in nature.
Police say that motorists can expect some delays in the area. One eastbound lane of Highway 1 is currently open to traffic.
