On October 22, 2014, at approximately 11:45am, Brandon RCMP received a report of a semi-trailer colliding with a railway overpass on Highway 110, east of Brandon, Manitoba.

Police say that a semi-trailer, transporting an oversize load and escorted by pilot vehicles, was traveling south on Highway 110, south of Provincial Road 457 West. The semi-trailer proceeded to go under a railway overpass and collided with the structure, becoming trapped underneath.

RCMP report that as of result of the abrupt stop from the semi-trailer, one of the pilot vehicles collided with the rear of the semi-trailer. The driver of the pilot vehicle was transported to hospital with minor injuries and the driver of the semi-trailer was not injured.
