On March 22, 2015, at approximately 11:30pm, Gimli RCMP responded to a report of a shooting in the RM of Gimli, Manitoba.
Police officers arrived at a residence to find a 57-year-old man was suffering from gunshot wounds. A woman was arrested on scene without incident. It appears the matter was domestic in nature.
RCMP report that 57-year-old Carol Lambert of the RM of Gimli has been charged with attempted murder, careless use of a firearm and pointing a firearm.
