Otterburne man faces impaired driving charges

A 20-year-old Otterburne man is facing charging of impaired driving and driving over the legal limit after a blue GMC truck was observed doing donuts in the Shop Easy parking lot in St. Malo early Sunday morning December 13, 2009.

Police pulled over the vehicle, seizing open liquor and investigating the male for drinking and driving offences.

Charges under the Criminal Code and Highway Traffic Act are pending with an initial court date scheduled for January, 2010.
