Steinbach and Area Lions Club

The Steinbach and Area Lions Club prides itself in providing support for people who are in need in our local community. From providing wheel chair and other mobility products, to just everyday needs. Daily commutes and food can add up when you are being treated in Winnipeg. Together with the Lions Foundation, we are able to provide some funds to ease that burden.

Steinbach and Area Lions Club is proud to be a sponsor of local programs such as Headway, Dare and Helping Hands. Other projects we get involved with are the collection of used glasses that can be reused for needy families and Canadian Flag presentations to every grade one student in the Hanover School division. Partnering with the Lions Foundation and Eye Bank, we have also given out hearing aids and eyeglasses to those in need.

How do we do all this?

• Provide cookouts for local businesses
• Rent out our equipment to the Steinbach Credit Union for pancake breakfasts
• Providing full service to businesses who want to do customer appreciations or grand openings.
