Science Sessional Instructors

The Providence University College and Seminary campus is on 100 acres in southern Manitoba, 30 minutes south of Winnipeg.
POSITION OVERVIEW
Providence University College invites applications for one of several part-time positions as a Sessional Instructor in the sciences, beginning September 6th 2021. These positions are open for individuals with expertise in one or more of the following areas:
- Anatomy and Physiology
- Botany
- Chemistry
- Microbiology
- Zoology
These are 4-8 month long positions during the 2021/2022 academic year, with the potential for renewal in future years. Depending on the COVID-19 restrictions in place that year, these courses may be offered face-to-face or in a hybrid online mode. An ideal candidate will have a Masters or PhD in a related field, experience leading in the classroom and/or laboratory, passion for student mentorship, and demonstrable independence and organizational skills.
