Our growing company is searching for top talent to join our team in the role of Commodities Accounting Analyst located in the community of La Broquerie. This position reports to the Accounting Supervisor.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Data entry into various software’s
• Perform GL reconciliations
• Prepare and analyze various weekly and month end reports
• Balance mill inventory to log
• Perform zero out calculations to balance ingredients
• Collaborate with other departments such as production and feed mills
• Learn all the software used in the department to provide backup resources for commodity clerks.
• Other duties as assigned

To succeed in this role, you must possess:

• Accounting Diploma or equivalent education
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office software and intermediate to advanced level for Excel
• 3-5 years’ experience in Accounting environment
• Experience with Great Plains an asset
• Ability to work in a fast paced, changing environment
• Prior inventory reconciliation experience
• Good communication skills
• Attention to detail
• Able to work independently
