We are currently looking for an experienced, career-minded Sales Manager for our Cabinet Department. We require a positive, professional, team-oriented manager to set and meet sales goals and to ensure that every member of the sales team is delivering in accordance with the high standards of the organization’s defined goals.

The Sales Manager will be responsible for the development and implementation of sales strategies for increasing sales and profits through a customer base. In addition, the Sales Manager must support the sales team by providing leadership, product and industry knowledge and experience, participating in sales and marketing activities including sales promotions and advertising. The ideal candidate will provide the sales team with guidance and leadership towards the achievement of established sales and profit goals.

A broad range of functional knowledge, particularly with respect to the sales and marketing, is required. A minimum of 5 years sales experience and a minimum of 4 years management experience also required.
