Countryside Farms is an egg grading plant where we purchase eggs from Manitoba egg farmers, grade, package and market them to the consumer. We have been grading Manitoba-produced eggs for more than four decades, and we are looking to add the right individual to our team.

Duties include but are not limited to:

• Receiving and processing customer orders using SAP Business One software.
• Preparing paperwork and scheduling deliveries for out-of-province shipments.
• Working closely with the shipping department to ensure order accuracy.
• Maintaining tracking documents.
• Preparing credits.
• Answering phones as needed.

What you need:

• Strong computer skills using Word, Excel, Outlook.
• High attention to details.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Self-motivated, energetic with a positive attitude.
• Able to work alone or in a team setting.
• Able to multi-task while working in a fast-paced environment.
• Reliable, punctual.
• Minimum 2 years work-related experience.
• Previous experience using an accounting software is a definite asset.
