The successful candidate will join the La Cocina Maintenance Team, in Ste. Anne, MB and will be responsible to keep the facilities in excellent condition and equipment running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities include:

• Daily maintenance checks ensuring equipment is in proper working order
• Performing preventative maintenance and troubleshooting equipment problems
• Completing required paperwork in an accurate and timely manner
• Following food safety protocols and performing duties in a safe manner

Experience, Skills and Abilities To Include Some Of The Following:

• Experience with electric motors
• Basic knowledge of electrical and plumbing
• TIG Welding, and stainless-steel fabrication ability
• Experience with light to medium industrial maintenance duties
• Basic knowledge of VFD’s, PLC’s, & pneumatics

Millwrights, Apprentices, or those with minimum 2 years related experience all welcome to apply.

Starting wage will be negotiable depending on applicant qualifications.
