Position Overview:

Responsibilities:

• Technical Expertise: Utilize your extensive technical knowledge and experience to assemble, install, maintain, and repair mechanical equipment, machinery, and components.
• Problem Resolution: Demonstrate your ability to identify and diagnose technical issues, developing effective solutions that align with our customers’ needs.
• Customer-Centric Approach: Approach your work with a caring heart and a strong commitment to delivering outstanding customer service. Show empathy towards customer concerns and work diligently to alleviate their pain points.
• Effective Communication: Communicate technical information clearly and concisely to customers, team members, and supervisors. Keep all stakeholders informed about the progress of repairs or installations.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; vocational or technical training in mechanical engineering, equipment maintenance, or a related field is preferred.
• Afitter Certification in Manitoba: Possession of a valid Afitter certification recognized by the relevant authorities in Manitoba is required.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and technical proficiency.
• Exceptional problem-solving skills with a history of finding innovative solutions.
• Empathetic and compassionate nature, dedicated to providing excellent customer service.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to work well under pressure and adapt to changing priorities.
• Willingness to work flexible hours and overtime as needed.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
