RCMP execute drug search warrant
On November 15, 2012, at approximately 5:30pm, Thompson RCMP executed a search warrant under the Controlled Drugs and Substances Act (CDSA) in the Eastwood area of Thompson, Manitoba.
During the course of the investigation, police seized approximately four ounces of marijuana and a small amount of cash.
RCMP report that 29-year-old Clarence Alex Fourre of Thompson has been charged with possession of marijuana for the purpose of trafficking as well as trafficking marijuana. Fourre was released on a promise to appear in Thompson Provincial Court on January 25, 2013.
Police say that the estimated street value of all the drugs seized is approximately $1,200 in Thompson.
