Missing: Mark Anthony Cloud

Selkirk RCMP are seeking the public’s assistance in locating 15-year old Mark Anthony Cloud.

Police say that Cloud was last seen in the Rural Municipality of St. Andrews on Sunday December 2, 2012.

Mark Anthony Cloud is described as 5’9″ tall and about 150 lbs. He has brown hair and brown eyes. Cloud was last seen wearing a black toque, black sweater, fingerless black gloves, jeans, and black sneakers with gold and burgundy shoe laces. He had a set of black and yellow headphones on his possession.

Mark Anthony Cloud is considered an at-risk youth, anyone with information regarding his whereabouts is asked to call the Selkirk RCMP at 204-482-3322 or their local police agency.
