RCMP request assistance in locating Andrew Paul Conly

39-year-old Andrew Paul Conly of Winnipeg, Manitoba.

On August 4, 2010, RCMP located an abandoned vehicle parked in a ditch on PTH 39, approximately 57 km east of PTH 10, in the Grass River Provincial Park.
 
The vehicle, a green 2001 Chevrolet pick-up truck, was unlocked and contained numerous personal items. The vehicle was undamaged, and did not appear to have been stolen.
 
The vehicle is registered to 39-year-old Andrew Paul Conly of Winnipeg, Manitoba. He has not been seen by building staff at his residence in several days.
 
Conly has not been reported as missing, however, due to the circumstances of the situation, and to ensure the safety of the Mr. Conly, RCMP have initiated a search.
 
Extensive patrols of the area have been conducted on foot, all terrain vehicles, as well as a helicopter search conducted with the assistance of the Department of Natural Resources.
 
The RCMP search team as well as the RCMP Police Dog Service will attend the location today to continue the search.
 
Andrew Paul Conly is described as being 191 cm tall, with brown hair and blue eyes.

On August 10, 2010, at about 6pm, Andrew Paul Conly was located by search party members in Grass River Provincial Park. Conly was reported to be extremely dehydrated, but otherwise in good health and was treated at the scene by EMS. There is no indication at this time how long Mr. Conly had been in the woods, but initial reports were that he had become disoriented and possibly lost.
