On December 3rd, the Manitoba Legislature opened its doors to Manitobans for the Annual Legislative Building Christmas Open House. It is one of the few times of the year where you can visit nearly all parts of the beautiful Legislative Building including open access to Ministerial and Caucus offices.

There was no shortage of entertainment, which took place over the course of the entire day and culminated with MLA’s signing as a Christmas choir, led by the Speaker of the House. Attendees were also encouraged to donate to Winnipeg Harvest and charitable donations of food and toys were most welcome. In my ministerial office, I was pleased to share coffee and conversation with new friends and many constituents.

Thank you to all who came and said hello and Merry Christmas to you and your family!
