Michelle Coulombe
Raised in St. Pierre-Jolys, Michelle enjoyed a small town upbringing and the lessons learned as she worked in the family owned business. The knowledge and experience she gained in customer service, accounting, management and administration, have provided a foundation for all of her ongoing endeavors and nourished her entrepreneurial spirit. As Michelle approached her mid-twenties, she struck out on her own and invested in her own business, a hotel in Notre Dame de Lourdes, MB. Managing the hotel for over 8 years strengthened her ever growing skill set and set her up for success as she embarked on new challenges. Michelle spent the next 15 years working in the transportation sector; seven years with Via Rail and eight years with Westjet, providing exceptional customer service and seamlessly guiding guests to their destinations. While earning an impressive business resume, Michelle was building her own real estate portfolio, and with her husband of 26 years, bought, sold and renovated personal residences, and acquired investment properties. Making the decision to change careers, Michelle was reminded that her mother worked as a Realtor® in their community for around 20 years. Listening to kitchen table discussions, and observing the impact her mom had on her customers, it is no surprise that she has chosen a career in real estate herself. With lessons learned, and skills acquired working in customer service and entrepreneurial environments, Michelle looks forward to sharing her experience and expertise to facilitate a smooth transaction process for her real estate clients.
