The successful candidate will join the La Cocina Maintenance Team in Ste. Anne, MB and will be responsible for keeping the facilities in excellent condition and equipment running smoothly.

What you’ll do:
- Daily maintenance checks, ensuring equipment is in proper working order
- Preventive maintenance and troubleshooting equipment problems
- Completing required paperwork in an accurate and timely manner
- Following food safety protocols and performing duties in a safe manner

- You will work alongside our current maintenance team as well as the Production staff. Reporting to the Maintenance Supervisor, you will be part of a team dedicated to fostering a culture of support, high quality, efficiency, food safety, customer focus, and continuous improvement.

- Have a minimum grade 12 education.
- Have 3+ years of maintenance experience (a combination of relevant education and experience may be considered), such as: Electric motors; Basic knowledge of electrical and plumbing; TIG welding and stainless-steel fabrication ability; Light to medium industrial maintenance duties; Basic knowledge of VFD’s, PLC’s, & pneumatics
- Have prior experience working with food, machinery and computers/technology is an asset, as is training and knowledge with Forklift Certification, WHMIS, First Aid and the Manitoba Workplace Safety & Health Act.
