The Opportunity:

Clearview Co-op is hiring a Part Time Grocery and Hardware Clerk to serve our members and customers at our Grocery & Hardware Store located in St. Malo.

As part of our team, you’ll represent our brand “You’re at Home Here”, by delivering friendly, positive, and professional experience to all customers, visitors, suppliers, and team members.

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Live out our values of: People, Integrity, Excellence, and Responsibility.
• Deliver world-class customer service that is fast, friendly, and efficient.
• Maintain sections of merchandise (dairy, frozen food, general merchandise, bulk food) as assigned in an effective manner. Ensure first-in, first out rotation is always followed, and that close-dated products are reported.
• Ensure the Departments are properly stocked with merchandise and faced.
• Receive, Inspect, and store orders upon delivery to ensure all product is immediately stored in proper temperature-controlled environments.
• Assist in building mass and bunk end displays as required.
• Ensure all sales floor receiving area and warehouse are tidy and organized.
• Observe safety measures and report hazardous conditions.
• Perform other duties as assigned in the Grocery and/or Hardware department.
