We’re looking for a Lead Hand who shares these values and is ready to grow with our team. This role is ideal for someone who’s skilled on the tools but also sees themselves stepping into a leadership position in the future.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in planning and overseeing day-to-day site activities
• Work alongside trades and crew to ensure quality workmanship
• Lead by example in maintaining safe, clean, and efficient job sites
• Communicate clearly with team members, subcontractors, and supervisors
• Support project timelines, ensuring tasks are completed on schedule
• Take initiative to identify and solve problems on site
• Mentor and support junior crew members

Qualifications:

• 2+ years experience in construction/renovations (carpentry experience is an asset)
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Willingness to take ownership and responsibility on site
• Desire to grow into a supervisory/leadership role
