Residential Manager

Manager is responsible for ensuring person-centered services for people supported: Provide effective leadership within a fast-paced environment; Ensure a high level of individual and team performance; Assist in the implementation and maintenance of policies, procedures and initiatives; Have daily responsibility for staff scheduling and documentation.
