The Opportunity:
Clearview Co-op is hiring an Assistant Manager to serve our members and customers at our Gas Bar & C-Store location in Ile des Chenes.

As part of our team, you’ll represent our brand “You’re at Home Here”, by delivering friendly, positive, and professional experience to all customers, visitors, suppliers, and team members.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Live out our values of: People, Integrity, Excellence, and Responsibility.
- Assist the Manager with aspects of the Talent Management systems, which includes, but is not limited to, recruitment, onboarding, performance management, engagement, and succession of all staff.
- Assist in maintaining and exceeding the established standards for the conditions of the facility in order to create a welcoming, friendly, and clean environment for our customers.
- Provide coverage to the Manager’s responsibilities in their absence.
- Provide coverage in Team Member duties as required.
About you:

- Have 1-3 years of related experience.
- You are available and willing to work flexible shifts in support of our retail business which includes days, evenings, and weekends.
