Client Care and Administrative Support Specialist

Responsibilities:

• First point of contact for client requests in the Employee Benefits team.
• Build and maintain strong, trusted relationships with new and existing clients.
• Track, prepare, follow-up, and advise on service requests, changes, and action items.
• Participate in client meetings where appropriate.
• Liaise with various agencies and Plan Administrators.
• Create and maintain client files and databases.
• Provide administrative assistance to the Advisors as needed.

Qualifications:

• Proficient with MS Office, in particular Word, Excel, Outlook.
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Proven problem-solver with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Proactive, motivated and dependable.
• Professional manner exhibiting confidentiality, diplomacy and collaboration.
• Previous insurance/employee benefits experience a definite asset.
