The Opportunity:
Clearview Co-op is hiring a Full-Time Administrative Supervisor in La Broquerie!

$17.15 to $23.20 per hour, based on experience and qualifications.
As part of our team, you’ll represent our brand “You’re at Home Here”, by delivering friendly, positive, and professional experience to all customers, visitors, suppliers, and team members.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Live out our values of: People, Integrity, Excellence, and Responsibility.
- Observe safety measures and report hazards to the Store Manager.
- Perform general housekeeping duties to ensure department image and safety standards are followed.
- Assist in the proper care and maintenance of all department equipment.
- Maintain markdown records with respect to shrinkage and spoilage to maintain margin controls.
- Assist Store Manager in ordering duties, inventory control and inventory counts when necessary.
- Assist Store Manager with operations of all back-office computer programs to maintain accurate price file to ensure scanning accuracy. Investigate and correct pricing discrepancies. Prepare tags and place them appropriately in store.
- Ensure timely implementation of all Co-op point of sale advertising materials.
- Provide front-end assistance when required.
- Accept Store Manager’s and other Supervisor’s duties in their absences.
- Provide weekend supervision for all Gas Bar, Hardware, Grocery and Liquor employees.
- Provide training and onboarding to new Team Members.

- You have great organization and time management skills.
- You have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- You have exceptional interpersonal skills in dealing with employees and customers.
- You are honest and trustworthy, are results-oriented and strive to be the best in what you do.
- You are available and willing to work flexible shifts in support of our retail business, which includes multiple split shifts, and weekends.
- Experience in a similar environment is an asset.
