Cabinet Department Scheduler

We are looking for a highly organized and customer-focused Cabinet Department Scheduler to join our Cabinet Department. In this role, you will coordinate cabinet installations, deliveries, countertop fabrication schedules, service work, and warranty repairs. You will work closely with customers, contractors, installers, suppliers, and our internal cabinet team to ensure projects are completed on time and to the highest standard.

Key Responsibilities:

• Order kitchens, cabinetry components, countertops, and related materials.
• Track supplier order confirmations and estimated arrival dates.
• Schedule installations with customers, contractors, and installers.
• Coordinate deliveries and countertop manufacturing timelines.
• Work with the Service Coordinator to schedule warranty repairs and service work.
• Communicate project updates and scheduling information to customers and team members.
• Monitor project timelines and proactively resolve scheduling challenges.

Qualifications:

• Previous administrative, scheduling, construction, renovation, or cabinet industry experience is an asset.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and computer systems.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent customer service and communication abilities.
• Attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities.
