Your days will include:

• Maintaining effective working relationships with key stakeholders within the line of business departments
• Leading the delivery of application solutions from planning to launch for efficient business, financial, and operations systems in support of core organizational functions and business processes
• Serving as a bridge between business and development/technical teams, and assists in building and maintaining integrations (SOAP, REST API)
• Setting and tracking individual objectives and coaches team members, leading business analyst operations in assigned projects
• Identifying and resolving recurring application/process problems and opportunities for automation and process reduction

Working with the Manager of IS-Applications Solutions to ensure the following:

• Consistent tracking and reporting for solution delivery and application support
• Supporting coverage and processes are in place for application solutions
• Knowledge base available for support, including installation, configuration, and troubleshooting
• Changing management process is followed for application solution projects, and the scope of change management includes applications, databases, system interfaces, and reports

To succeed in this role, you must possess:

• Understanding of key business processes and how the applications support them
• Strong analytical skills required, including a thorough understanding of how to interpret internal customer business needs and translate them into application and operational requirements
• Strong background in software design, development, or implementation, coupled with excellent project management and communication skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group including executives, managers, and subject matter experts
• Strong knowledge of relational database design, SQL, and use of reporting and analytical tools
• Ability to prioritize, working independently and in a team environment
• Strong interpersonal skills and a customer service focus, with experience driving application solution adoption
• Post-secondary education in Information Services or related field, with 3-5 years of work experience
