HVAC Sheet Metal Installer

We are looking for a skilled and reliable HVAC Sheet Metal Installer to join our growing team. In this role you would be responsible for fabricating, assembling, and installing sheet metal ductwork and related components for HVAC systems according to specifications and blueprints. This position requires strong attention to detail, mechanical aptitude, and a commitment to quality workmanship and safety.

Key Responsibilities:

• Fabricate, assemble, and install sheet metal ductwork, fittings, and supports.
• Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and job specifications.
• Measure and cut materials to required dimensions using hand and power tools.
• Install HVAC units, fans, vents, dampers, and other components.
• Inspect and test installations for proper fit and function.
• Collaborate with other installers, technicians, and supervisors to ensure efficient project completion.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment and follow all safety regulations.

Skills and Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience as an HVAC or sheet metal installer (apprenticeship experience considered).
• Proficiency in reading blueprints and mechanical drawings.
• Demonstrate a proven record of providing quality workmanship with attention to detail and strong diagnostic, troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to use hand and power tools safely and effectively.
• Physical ability to lift 50+ lbs. and work in various environments (indoors, outdoors, elevated spaces).
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required.
• Must be a dependable, team player with strong time management skills and have the ability to maintain excellent customer relationships.
