Your Responsibilities Include:
•Coordinating HyLife Feed Mill HACCP Program
•Creating, updating and training all HACCP documents
•Staying current on industry best practices, FeedAssure® standards and CFIA regulations
•Collaborating with the Feed Mill and Feed Logistics management to ensure procedures are followed
•Evaluating and improving HACCP Program
•Maintaining certifications through internal and external audits
•Liaising with internal teams and CFIA to address feed or food concerns
•Evaluating quality data to drive continuous improvement and prevent risks
To Succeed in This Role, You Should Have:
•FeedAssure® or HACCP training required
•Experience with risk assessment and reduction methods
•Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
•Strong communication skills
•Detail oriented, self-motivated and organized
•Strong focus on feed and workplace safety
•Ability to travel overnight
•Understanding of Feed manufacturing is considered an asset
•Grade 12 education
•Class 5 license
