Window Covering and Blinds Sales Consultant

We have an opportunity for an ambitious, dedicated sales and customer service professional to join our Window Covering & Blinds Department.

Key Responsibilities:

The ideal candidate demonstrates exceptional interpersonal and customer service skills by presenting products and services in a way that clearly identifies window covering solutions and benefits for each customer. Responsibilities include preparing accurate estimates and guiding customers through options that best meet their needs.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Sales experience and knowledge of window coverings are helpful but not required. We provide full training.
• Ability to provide professional and courteous assistance to customers and work well in a team environment.
• Communicate with the department team and clients to develop and maintain an effective rapport.

• Hourly wage plus commission, which is dependent on experience.
