Key Responsibilities

• As a load planner/dispatcher, you will play a critical role in ensuring efficient and cost-effective transportation operations:
• Planning and dispatching drivers and equipment
• Coordinating inbound and outbound grain loads
• Entering orders and maintaining transportation schedules
• Communicating with drivers, customers, mills, and third-party carriers
• Preparing customs documentation and Generating KPI reports and building strong working relationships across the operation
• Supporting cost-efficient and service-focused transportation operation and completing other duties as assigned

Qualifications & Experience

The successful candidate will possess:

• 2+ years of dispatching, transportation, or logistics experience
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Knowledge of logistics and transportation planning
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Experience with dispatch software is an asset
• Professional communication skills and team-oriented approach
• Logistics or Supply Chain diploma considered an asset
