The Steinbach Chamber of Commerce has announced that it will be accepting public nominations for the 2023 Business Excellence Awards starting April 20 and running through May 22, 2023.
“The business community in Steinbach is unique, diverse, and plays a significant role in the success of our community,” said Gwen Reimer, Executive Director of the Steinbach Chamber. “The Chamber’s Annual Business Excellence Awards are the perfect opportunity to celebrate Steinbach’s business success stories.”
The public is encouraged to submit nominations in five categories: Business of the Year, Customer Service, Community Involvement, Future Leader, and Non-Profit Excellence. Nominations are accepted online at steinbachchamber.com, starting April 20 until May 22.
An independent selection committee, consisting of community members, carefully reviews and evaluates submissions and selects recipients in the various categories. The Customer Service Award is awarded by way of public vote.
The public will be asked to go to the Chamber’s website between June 15 and July 13 to select the business they feel is most deserving of the Customer Service Award. The nominee with the highest number of unique public votes receives the award. Award recipients will be announced and awards presented on September 28, 2023.
