Steinbach RCMP are asking the public for any information that may help identify a male suspect who is wanted by police in connection to a recent shoplifting incident that occurred at the Sobeys grocery store located on Highway 12 North in Steinbach.
On April 6, 2023, Steinbach RCMP received a report regarding a shoplifting incident that had occurred at the Sobeys grocery store in Steinbach.
Police say that the store manager advised officers that on April 4, at approximately 3:30pm, an unknown male suspect entered the store, took a product off a shelf, placed it in his hoodie pocket, and then exited the store.
The suspect is described as wearing dark clothing, a black toque, and a black and white face covering.
