Manitoba RCMP have recently arrested and charged three individuals in connection to an ongoing investigation involving firearms and drug trafficking.

As a result of an ongoing investigation, RCMP officers from NWEST (National Weapons Enforcement Support Team) and Manitoba East District CREST, along with assistance from multiple RCMP support units including the D Division Emergency Response Team (ERT), F Division ERT, Remote Piloted Aircraft Systems (RPAS) and the RCMP Manitoba Organized Crime Unit (MOCU), executed search warrants at five separate residences in Fairford.

Police say that as a result of these searches, over 2.5 kgs of cocaine, numerous firearms, and more than $25,000 in cash, was seized.

RCMP report that 32-year-old Kyle Woodford from the RM of Woodlands, 40-year-old Kyle Canada from Winnipeg, along with 31-year-old Desnee Woodford from Fairford, were arrested. The individuals will be facing numerous firearms and drug-related charges.
