On May 28, 2017, Headingley RCMP received a report of a break and enter in progress and immediately responded to the crime scene, a residence in La Salle, Manitoba.

Police say that three unknown males were observed entering a local residence which was still under construction. Officers responded to the scene and once inside, located and arrested three youth.

RCMP report that a 17-year-old male and 15-year-old maleĀ from Starbuck, along with a 16-year-old male from Sanford, were arrested inside the residence and charged with numerous break and enter-related charges. All youths involved were released from police custody to their parents on Promises to Appear in Court.

Police would like to encourage citizens to work with their community members and police to help prevent and deter crime.
