The City of Steinbach has announced that in light of the annual Pioneer Days parade, a number of major route closures have been scheduled for Friday, August 1, 2025.
Officials note that the following major route closures have been scheduled between 10am-12pm on parade day:
- Westbound lanes on Main Street will be closed from Lund Road to Hespeler Street.
- Eastbound median lane on Main Street will be closed from Kroeker Avenue to Brandt Street.
- Hespeler Street will be closed with local traffic access only, between Loewen Boulevard and Main Street. Traffic from Ashford Lane and Lyndhurst Gate will be directed north on Hespeler Street.
The City thanks the public in advance for obeying all posted signage and exercising caution when traveling through the effected areas.
