Thompson RCMP are asking the public for any information into the whereabouts of a missing male from the community, 54-year-old George Fortin.
On March 3, 2026, Thompson RCMP received a report stating that George Fortin had gone missing. George was last seen on February 27 at a residence located on Hemlock Crescent, and has not been seen since.
George Fortin is described as 5 foot 6 inches tall, has a husky build, grey hair and grey beard. Police say that it is unknown what he was last wearing.
Despite an extensive search, RCMP have not been able to locate George Fortin and are concerned for his well-being.
