Steinbach RCMP are reporting that a 61-year-old Marchand man has died as the result of a recent motorcycle collision that occurred in the Rural Municipality (RM) of Reynolds.
On July 25, at approximately 11pm, Steinbach RCMP responded to a collision involving a motorcycle in the RM of Reynolds. The incident occurred on Highway 210, near Highway 404.
Police believe that the male motorcycle rider had been traveling south on Highway 210 and may have lost control of his motorcycle while rounding a corner, ending up in the ditch as a result.
RCMP report that the rider, a 61-year-old male from Marchand, died at the scene.
The investigation regarding this incident is ongoing.
