A female employee of a Steinbach restaurant has turned herself in to local police in connection to a robbery investigation that began this past March.

On March 24, 2018, Steinbach RCMP responded to a report of a robbery at the Steinbach A&W restaurant. After conducting their investigation, RCMP concluded that there was no robbery.

Police investigation revealed that two individuals, Reece Kirkpatrick and Geoffrey Walls, gained access to the business with the help of a female employee, Morgan Wynn. Police say that Reece Kirkpatrick was taken into custody shortly after the discovery.

RCMP issued unendorsed warrants for arrest for Morgan Wynn and Geoffrey Walls. Steinbach RCMP now report that Morgan Wynn has turned herself in.

All three are facing charges of theft under $5,000.
