The Steinbach Chamber of Commerce is excited to announce the City’s first-ever Burger Week, happening from September 8th through the 14th.
Burger Week will feature twelve local restaurants who have signed up to create twelve signature burgers to tickle your taste buds. The specialty burgers will only be offered during the week of the event.
“We are so pleased with how many restaurants were eager to get onboard with this event,” said Ben Dueck, Chamber Executive Director. “Chamber staff have been hungry for a couple weeks now as the pictures and descriptions of these burgers have crossed our desks. To say this event will be delicious is an understatement, so we encourage people to get out to these restaurants to sample Steinbach’s Burger Week creations.”
Members of the public are invited to visit as many of the establishments as they can to sample these exquisite creations and rate the burgers for a chance to win one of several prizes. There are multiple ways to enter the contest to win:
- While you enjoy one of the signature Burger Week creations, take a selfie, and post it on Facebook or Instagram with the hashtag #Steinburger to be entered to win.
- Rate each burger creation you taste online at steinbachchamber.com and be entered for more chances to win. The deadline to rate the burgers is September 14, 2018 at 11pm.
Winners will be announced on September 18th, and will be awarded in three categories, including Best Tasting Burger, Most Creative Burger and Judge’s Choice – Steinburger Award
