A Roland, Manitoba man is facing numerous charges, including aggravated assault, after recently being arrested by Carman RCMP in connection to a stabbing incident.
On April 6, 2019, just after midnight, Carman RCMP responded to a report of an injured female at a residence located in Roland, Manitoba. Officers arrived and discovered a 39-year-old woman with a stab wound.
Police say that the female victim was transported to hospital in critical condition.
RCMP report that a 42-year-old man, who also lives at the residence, was arrested and charged with aggravated assault and failing to comply with conditions. The 39-year-old female remains in hospital, now in stable condition.
Carman RCMP continue to investigate this incident.
