Russell RCMP are asking the public for any information about the whereabouts of a missing female youth, 14-year-old Kyonna Richard-Thomas.
On May 1, 2019, Russell RCMP received a report that 14-year-old Kyonna Richard-Thomas from Angusville, Manitoba was missing. Kyonna was last seen in Winnipeg on April 22.
Kyonna Richard-Thomas is described as 5’5″ tall, weighs approximately 115 lbs, has brown / blonde hair and brown eyes. She is believed to be in the Elmwood area of Winnipeg.
