A 45-year-old Virden, Manitoba man has died after the vehicle he was driving rolled into a ditch in the RM of Pipestone.
On August 2, 2019, at approximately 4:40pm, officers from the Westman RCMP responded to a single-vehicle rollover at a location on Highway 2 in the RM of Pipestone.
Police investigation has determined that a pickup truck, being driven by a 45-year-old Virden man, was traveling east on Highway 2 when it left the roadway, entered the ditch and rolled. The driver of the pickup truck, who was not wearing his seatbelt, was later pronounced deceased.
Officers from the Westman RCMP along with a Forensic Collision Reconstructionist continue to investigate this incident.
