Sprague RCMP are asking the public for any information that may help solve an investigation involving a Dodge pickup truck that was recently stolen from Premier Tech Horticulture.

On December 2, 2019, at approximately 8am, Sprague RCMP where notified that a pickup truck had been stolen from Premier Tech Horticulture Peat Moss Bog site. The site is located approximately 60 kilometres north of Sprague on PR 308.

Police say that the theft occurred sometime between November 29 at 4pm and December 2 at 6am.

The truck is described as a black 2004 Dodge Ram 2500 pickup. At the time the truck was stolen, it had a split red fuel tank on the back with approximately 1000 litres of fuel. The truck did not have any licence plates as it was used on site only.

RCMP noted that PR 308 does connect with Highway 1 and therefore the culprit(s) could have proceeded north on PR 308 to Highway 1.

Update

RCMP report that the truck was located in Falcon Lake on December 4, 2019. Police are still looking for suspect(s).
